A fund raising group at Church Street Elizabethan Fayre.
From Left, Mr. Jim Fletcher, Mr Bill Valance (landlord of London Inn),Mr and Mrs Pike (mine hosts at the Victoria Hotel) and upholsterer Frank Crimp whose shop was next door to the London Inn. Frank made the chair for 5 guineas and it raised £16. All proceeds from the Fayre went to Paignton hospital.
